Questions buyers ask
Are you a sourcing agent or a machine dealer?
We are a trading company. We buy machines from the factories at factory price and sell them to you directly, so you deal with one company that is responsible for the machine from the factory test to delivery, with no agent commission on top.
Can I buy a single machine?
Yes. Most of our machine orders are for one unit or a small set, and complete production lines are quoted as a project.
Will the machine work with my power supply?
We order the machine configured for your voltage, phase and frequency, for example 400 V 50 Hz or 460 V 60 Hz, and confirm the electrical specification in writing before production.
How do I know the machine works before it ships?
Every machine runs a factory acceptance test before shipping. You receive a video of the test, and where it applies we run it with your own material or drawings. You can also attend in person.
What about installation, training and spare parts?
Machines ship with manuals, wiring diagrams and a spare parts kit. Installation and training are quoted per machine, by video call or with an engineer on site.
Which certifications can the machines carry?
Many machines are available with CE marking. Other requirements, such as UL or CSA electrical components for North America, are specified in the quote and confirmed with the factory before production.
How does payment work?
Usually a deposit to start production and the balance after the factory acceptance test, before shipping. Terms are written into the proforma invoice.
